Pools: There is one pool located next to the office and another in the rear of the property. The pools may used between the hours of 8am to 10pm by using the amenity key provided upon move in. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed onsite at the pool.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is also located next to the leasing office and can be accessed from 8am to 10pm. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.
Clubhouse: Is located next to the leasing office and may be used during business hours or by reservation till 10pm. There are two laundry rooms in the front of the property and two located in the back. The machines are card operated and the charges vary based on length of use. The laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day.
The mailboxes are located next to the units.
The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.
Visitors may call residents from the call box. To have you name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you.
Trash: There is a dumpsters are located in each parking area. Please do not dispose of any oversized items in the dumpsters.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. |
