A sunning terrace, featuring year-round heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, and chaise lounges is located in the back of the property (exit on the ground floor by the leasing office). The pool is available for your use from 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM daily. Use your key-card to open the gate surrounding the pool.
A professional-level fitness center with individual weight-training and cardiovascular rooms, multiple flat-screen televisions, and men's and women's saunas and dressing areas, is located on the ground floor of the property. It is located directly behind the leasing center (make a left out of elevators). The fitness center is available 24 hours per day. Use your key-card for access.
Concierge and business services including courier and package delivery assistance, facsimile transmission and reception, and dry cleaning coordination is available through the leasing office.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located to the right of the reception area, between the leasing center and the elevators.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying you of your deliveries. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance of the building. There is a Syntex system at the entrance where your visitor can contact you. Once your guest calls you from the Syntex system, simply dial 9 on your apartment telephone to allow your visitor access to the property.
A trash chute is located on every floor near the elevators.
Each apartment is equipped with internet service provided through SBC.
