Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You may check in after 3:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date. 

 

**If you need to check-in earlier, we will try to accommodate your request but we may not be able to allow an early check-in. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you need to request an early check-in.

You may pick up your keys at the security desk in the lobby after 3:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

Please place all keys, garage remotes, access cards, parking permits, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please leave the envelope at the security desk in the lobby.
