Oakwood Geary Courtyard accepts cats!  We welcome up to 2 cats per apartment. 

The Pet Deposit is a refundable $300 deposit per cat.

 

When you are ready to check into your new apartment, please go to our Geary Courtyard office located at 639 Geary Street (cross streets are Jones and Leavenworth). Your keys and welcome packet will be waiting for you with the front office staff or with the on-site courtesy officers (after hours) at the concierge desk.

When you arrive, please do a quick check of the apartment to verify it is as you requested. If you have any problems or questions, you may call our office Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm at 415.749.0101.

• Check in time is 3:30 P:M

• If you require an early check in please contact the front desk 24 hours prior for availability

• It is necessary to provide Oakwood with a 30-day notice to vacate prior to your lease expiration

• Registration is required prior to receiving keys.
• Security is available from 6pm through 9am to assist with after hour check ins.

• Upon checking in at the Front Desk, you will be given directions to your apartment.
• Elevator access is available.
• Luggage assistance is available.
• Please refer to your Move In Folder and Oakwood Binder in your apartment for additional infomration on electronics, cable and phone use.

• Parking stickers and garage keys will be assigned at Check-in
• Covered and reserved parking available
• Garage accessible from the elevator
• Daily parking available for $22/night
• Monthly reserved parking available for $345/month

• Check-out time is 12:00 AM Midnight.
• Please leave all keys and access cards in the envelope provided, and leave it at front desk upon departure.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 415.749.0101.
• When planning on vacating your apartment, please keep in mind that all rentals require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
• There is a charge for keys either lost or not returned. The charge is $25 set of keys.
