• Two pet maximum per unit (one canine and one feline).

• Maximum weight limit 75 lbs.

• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered.

• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied.

• All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags.

• Owners must provide litter box for felines.

• Canine breed restrictions apply.

• Pet deposit fee of $500 per pet, of which $250 non-refundable.

Once a representative from Oakwood Corporate Housing has received all the necessary paperwork, you will receive detailed move-in instructions which will include a confidential building access code and a lock box code.  The building access code will allow entry into the building and the lock box code will allow access to the lock box located on the door to the apartment.  Each lock box code is unique so it is imperative that you bring your move-in paperwork with you upon arrival.  The lock box contains one key to the apartment, the remainder of the keys will be located in the apartment.  Please place the key back in the lock-box and use the keys provide for you in the apartment.   

 

All residents will be receiving access codes prior to arrival which will allow entry into the building.

Once you have arrived in San Francisco and at 900 Powell, use the building access code that was assigned to you to enter the building.  Locate your apartment and use the lock box code given to you to access the lock box.  One key will be in the lock box and this will allow entry into the apartment.  The remainder of the keys will be in the apartment.

Parking is available approximatley three blocks away from the apartment community.  Parking is only availbale on a calendar monthly basis, parking must begin on the first or the first five days of the month and continue through the end of the month in order to receive a special rate of $15 per day.  If the arrival is after the fifth of the month, the parking rate will increase to $25 per day.  Parking must be arranged at least seven days in advance with the local office at (415)658-0830.

• Check-out is midnight.
• Please leave keys on the kitchen counter.
• A 30 day notice to vacate is required if one was not provided upon move-in.
• A fee of $100 will be billed for unreturned or lost mail box keys.
• A fee of $50 will be billed for unreturned or lost apartment keys.
• A fee of $100 will be billed for unreturned or lost access cards.
