Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Beyond the gated entrance on the east side of the complex is our mail box station for all apartments.  If there is any further information required by the guests, the community staff will be more than happy to assist.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors will need to check in with the guard at the main gate who will call the guest to verify that it is ok to allow the visitor in.

Parking is unassigned.
