When this building was built it was considered to be very cutting edge and Hi-tech. It was conceived at the peak of the Japanese investment bubble, displaying the exuberance of that time in Honolulu. The angular rose-colored glass building is impressive, but was expensive to build, and leaves some interesting interior shapes.  Building features include commercial shops on the first level and plenty of parking. The building also contains the following security features; enterphone, passkey and private guards.
