There is a concierge on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A full-size washer and dryer are in every unit.

Mailboxes are located on the first floor in the lobby.  Your mailbox number will coincide with your unit number. 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.  Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.  Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office. 

If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guest with the best possible service.  We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve.  Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve energy resources as well.  Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
