Mail boxes are located on each floor at two ends of garage
Visitors may scroll thru the name directory and locate the apartment number. Once dialed guest will press the #9 key on the phone to open gate. The resident would need to then meet the guest at the building entrance.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
