there are washers and dryers in each apartment.

Mailboxes are located at the right of each building.

Visitors must use control pad at security doors to contact residents for entry.

Trash dumpsters are located on every floor.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
