Resident must provide proof that the pet is current with all inoculations. Cat & Dog must be neutered or spayed prior to occupancy
Please contact the local Oakwood Corporate Housing office to get list of breed restrictions.  Property requires all pets to be on a leash at all times when the pet is outside the apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has ruler and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we wuld be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.972.1090 or 973.812.6200

Keys will be sent via FedEx to you prior to your arrival.  Though keys are sent to you prior to arrival, you may not try to access your apartment prior to your scheduled date of arrival as the apartment may still be occupied.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

One assigned parking spot per apartment will be issued.  You will recieve that parking spot upon arrival.  A gray electronic key will be provided to access the parking area and complex. 

Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener. If you are extending your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
