Pleae contact the Oakwood office to determine breed restrictions.  Property requires that pets must be on a leash at all times when the pets are out of the apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check in time is anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date.  If you have any special requests for arrival, please contact one full business day prior to your arrival and we will try to fulfill those requests.

This is a 24 hour concierge building.  Keys will be held at front desk.  Keys will be releashed as long as all required paperwork has been returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you review your Welcome Binder.  This binder will provide information about your apartment and how to contact Oakwood.  Please contact Oakwood if you find any defects in your unit.

Parking garage is located onsite.  Is not included through Oakwood Worldwide. 

• Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
