Pets are permitted at this location up to 50lbs.  Please contact the local office for the breed restrictions at this property.  Please also check with the local office in regards to the pet fees involved with the stay.  Please keep pets on leash at all times when they are outside apartment.

Welcome!  We hope your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Each community has rules and policies to make your stay as enjoyabe as possible.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be ready at anytime past 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one full business day in advance of your arrival for availability.

Specific information of accessing your keys will be provided after all required paperwork is returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  Keys will then be released by Oakwood to the doorman of that particular building.

Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder. The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information. We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.

Parking may be set up with the parking garage directly upon arrival.  This is not a service that Oakwood provides at this property.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
