Keys are generally sent to the client directly at this property. You will recieve an apartment key and an Electronic key. You will be able to access the apartment at 3:30 the day of your arrival.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 p.m.. on your scheduled day of move in.
If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least one full business day in advance of your move-in for availability. We will try to accommodate this request when possible.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.
|
|
|
Upon arrival, please review your Welcome Binder. This binder will include information about your apartment and contact information with Oakwood Corporate Housing. Please notify and Oakwood Representative if you notice any defects or if any expectations are not met.
|
|
|
One parking spot per apartment will be assigned. Your assigned parking spot will be provided to you in your Welcome Binder. Please follow community rules that may be posted for parking.
|
|
|
- Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you are extending your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
