The mail boxes are located behind a coded gate,  next to the leasing office on the left-hand side.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Service Center. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

**This is a very secure building** Please check in each guest at the Security gate.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance located on Katie Avenue. You must notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest(s) with your apartment number, in order to contact you through our directory. If your stay in for less than 90 days, you will not be listed in the property directly. Please contact our office if you would like to be included in the directory.

This community is gorgeous! Located approximately 1-2 miles to the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Approximately 15 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.

Three to six month leases apply at this community.
