Cats & dogs are permitted in limited buildings.
Weight limit is 50 lbs, dogs must be over 7 months old.

There are breed restrictions so please inquire if your pet breed will be accepted
Non-refundable Pet Deposit $600- one time fee and $55- monthly for dog & $35- monthly for cat.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check in time is anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date.  If you need to request an early move in, please contact us one full business day prior to your arrival to allow us to check availability to see if that request could be completed. 

Keys will be in lock box outside apartment.  Code to be provided prior to arrival in your move-in instructions.

Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder.  The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information.

 

We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.

This community has an open parking policy.  It is a first-come/first-serve basis.  We ask that you follow all parking rules the property has posted in the parking area or on your move in instructions.

• Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
