This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy for our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, condition of packages or signing for certified or registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you expect a package. Be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent informatiom from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and a package slip at the community leasing office.
Concierge will announce your visitors or they can buzz your apartment through the Syntex panel. It will ring through your telephone and by pressing 9 on your phone you can open the door.
