Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one business day in advance of your scheduled move in to check on availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how to access the key to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you have not received your move in instructions or need a second copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include your apartment number.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to use a FAAB to open them. Once inside the parking structure, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move in instructions. Please do not park in any other numbered space than your own, as this may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors' space and contact us at 203-967-2414.

- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- Remember to remove all trash and food items prior to departing.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 203.967.2414 every effort will be made to accommodate your request
