Pets are welcome at this community only at the Manager's discretion.

Non-refundable $500.00 pet deposit is applicable.

City ordinance requires that all pets be on a leash at all times outside of your apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check-in time is 3:30 PM the day of your arrival. All early arrivals must be approved by the local office. Your confirmation letter must indicate the approved early check-in time.

Your keys will be held at the front desk with the concierge at the building where you will be staying. We will send an access form authorizing he release of your keys after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 212.682.9550 with any concerns or questions you may have after check-in.

Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment. Parking arrangements can not be made by Oakwood Corporate Housing and must be made by the registered owner of the vehicle. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Please find out about any height, width or weight restrictions on oversize vehicles prior to arriving or having your vehicle delivered.

Check-out time is 12:00 midnight the day of your scheduled departure. Please leave all keys and access cards (health club or laundry room) in the "Express Check-out" envelope provided and leave with the concierge at your building. If you need to extend your stay, please contact our local office at 212.682.9550. All extension are based on availability and authorized company approval. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a 30 day written notice from resident or authorized company representative.
