Washers and dryers are located in every apartment.

Mailboxes are located on the ground level.  Your mailbox number is the same as your room number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the front desk. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries. Neither Oakwood Corporate Housing nor building management is responsible for damaged packages. The following types of deliveries cannot be accepted on your behalf when you are not home:

Food deliveries (perishable gifts, take-out meals and groceries)

Furs, jewelry and other items of obvious value

Large items such as furniture

"Registered" or "certified" mail Package must be retrieved within 48 hours

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must be signed in at the front desk. You should notify Oakwood Corporate Housing of any guest staying more than 72 hours. There will be a charge for additional sets of keys, please call our office for details.

A garbage compactor room is located on each floor by the elevator.

 

The gym is located on the Ground floor.
