This community allows pets up to 50 pounds.  There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment and breed restrictions apply.  City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.  A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required prior to check in and pet rent of $50 monthly will be applied. 

 

Welcome!  We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide with you with all of the information you need.

 

Upon arrival please check in with the leasing office to register your vehicle.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move in.

 

If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move in for availability.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space.  This will be listed on your move in instructions.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own, this may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors space and call our office at 203-967-2414.

• Please remove all trash and food items prior to departure.
• Please place your keys, access cards and parking passes in an envelope marked with your name and apartment number and hand it into the leasing office.  Any items left unreturned will incur additional charges.
• A 30 day written notice is required prior to vacating
