This community allows pets, no weight restriction.  There is a two pet per apartment limit and breed restrictions apply. City Ordinance requires that all animals be kept on a leash when outside the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean and pick up after your pet.  A non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required, a $250 pet deposit and pet rent of $50 per month would be added to your lease.
