We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information needed.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at ((216)642-9020 or (800)838-8102.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your registration paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions and or if you need a new set please contact or office for another one.

in addition to details regarding your keys access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map. This will make locating your apartment easier. Every effort has been made to make your stay here as complete as possible.

Our property has no access gates, we want to make your stay easy and assemble. Plenty of unassigned parking is available for you and your guest.

• Please take all keys to rental office for check out.
