Check in time is after 3:30 pm on the date of your scheduled move in. If you are moving in during the weekend you may move-in at any time during the day. If you need any special arrangements please disuss with your Oakwood representitive.

At the Gramercy, Greenwich or Shillito Lofts, keys will be left at a designated location. Please check with your local Oakwood representative for specific key retrieval information. Once we receive all move-in paperwork the key instructions will be given.

Once you receive your keys from the designated area, you may go directly to your apartment. This community has loced entrance ways, so you will be given an access card for the building and keys to your apartment. If you need futher assitance please speak with you Oakwood representitive.

Indoor parking is available at an additional cost, please check with Oakwood for specific pricing. Each Oakwood guest will receive a building access card for this property. If you wish to obtain a garage space you will be given an access card to the garage along with a sticker for your car.

· Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the Allright Parking garage.
· If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 513.985.0717.
· When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
· Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
· Check out is prior to midnight.
