There are breed restrictions for this community, ie..Pit bull, chow etc. Please call to verify your pet. $250 non-refundable pet fee.  $500 charge for any undisclosed pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about hte community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.

Check in time is after 3:30 pm on the date of your scheduled move in. If you are moving in during the weekend you may move-in at any time during the day. If you need any special arrangements please disuss with your Oakwood representitive.

Keys may be left with the coneierge or overnighted to you. Please check with the local Oakwood Corporate Housing office for your specific arrangements.  In order to assure keys will be left for all residents we must have all paperwork filled out and returned to our office prior to move-in date.

When you arrive at the apartment community you should be able to go directly to your appointed apartment after retrieving your keys from the concierge.  If you need other keys arrange make sure that you discuss your needs with your Oakwood representative.

There is ample unassigned parking outside your apartment building that is on a first come basis. If you will be residing at a location with a garage, your parking issue will be discussed with your Oakwood representitive. If you wish to obtain a garage where applicable, with an additional fee, please discuss with your Oakwood representitive.

· Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.

· When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.

· Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.

· Check out is prior to midnight.

· After hours drop off, in drop off box.
