Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may pick your keys up after 3;30 P.M Also please fill out all registrations information and summit it to Oakwood Corporate housing before picking up your keys.

Welcome!!! Upon arriving at your apartment if there is a problem feel free to contact the rental office for assistance. In your packet of information there is a site map of the property, to help you locate your apartment. If there is not feel free to contact us for one.

There is an attached garage to the property all residents are advise to park there.There is also visitors parking available.

Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing, set your heat @ 60 and AC @ 78 degrees, 30 days is required before vacating your apartment. Please take your keys up to the rental office to let them know that you have vacated your apartment.
