You apartment apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your schedule day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact the office at least one day in advance for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

Parking is available for all residents and there guest. their is no access gate. We try to make your stay here as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

- We require a 30 day intent to vacate.
- please set the heat @78 and AC @60.
- please remove all food and items from apartment.
- Please take your keys up to the rental office so they are aware of your leaving the property.
