There is a washer and dryer located in each apartment.
Mailboxes are located outside of every building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is please to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition, or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
All vistors can go directly to your apartment.
