We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information needed.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave it with the leasing office at the property.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 216.642.9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from teh resiteht or corporation.

All keys to your Oakwood Apartment are available after 3:30 p.m.. If your are arriving late please contact the rental office.

Keys will be mailed to you after you complete all Oakwood Corporate housing registration paperwork..  On day of move in simply go directly to your apartment. If you do not receive your paperwork please contact Oakwood for information.

1 garage space per apartment and plenty of unassigned spaces.  No access gates.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
• Check out  is prior to midnight.
