This property allows cats only. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee that is required before check-in. Please keep your cats on a leash when they are outside of the apartment, and help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information needed

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 216.642.9020
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Key pick is after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you need to check in sooner please contact us a day before so we can check the avaiablty for you.

Go directly to your apartment and a lockbox will be provided. But all this is after you fill in your registration information and give it back to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not have that information please call us and we will get that information to you as soon as possiable.

Unassigned parking and no access gates. So there is plenty of parking for you and your guest. If there is a problem please contact us and let us know.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
• Check out  is prior to midnight.
