- Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 on your scheduled day of move-in.
- If you require an early check in please contact us at least one busibusiness in advance of your move-in for availability.

Check in time is after 3:30pm and we will place a lockbox on your apartment door. The lockbox code will be given prior to move in.

We will place a lockbox on your apartment door and provide you with the combination prior to your move in date. We will also have in your information is a site map of the community to help you get to your apartment. If you do not have one in your information please call us and we will be happy to assist you!

- Included is a one car garage with opener.
- Ample unassigned parking is outside your apartment building.
- This is not a gated community.

- Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
- Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
- Check out is prior to midnight.
