Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience. - Lockbox instructions will be given once we receive your move in paperwork.
- Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
- Instructions will be given to access the building along with your lockbox instructions.
- Once inside the building, go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.

|
- An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
- The remaining keys and access devices will be on the coffee table in the apartment.
|
|
|
When you arrive at the property, you may check in with the 24 hour conceirge at the front desk. You can then go to your apartment and access your lock box. Once inside you will find the information that you need for the remainder of your stay.
|
|
|
You will need to park on the street or in the parking garage at a small additional cost temporarily until you access your apartment. Once inside your apartment, your parking pass, access card and parking instructions will be on the coffee table.
|
|
|
- On your day of departure, please remove all food and trash from the apartment.
- Place all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 503-582-9229.
- All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate from either resident or company.
