Oakwood Staff is available for your service requests 24 hours a day, concierge service is also available.

Laundry is located on each of the odd number floors with a change machine on the 7th floor.

Mail boxes are located on level one next to the Community Room.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Due to the controlled access of Oakwood Portland all visitors must check into the office before entering the building.  If you are home they may contact you using our call box located at the front entry.  You may grant them access by pressing 9 from your apartment phone.
