Check In Procedure
Welcome!  We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you need.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188.



Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
 


Parking and Access Gates
Access gates and open parking:  This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry.  This code will be sent to you in your move-in instructions. 
 
Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Access gates and assigned parking:  This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry. 
 
Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space.  This will be listed in your move-in instructions.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own.  This may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 215.568.2188.

Paid Parking/No Parking:  Describe payment fees and location of (nearest) parking facility.  If parking structure not affiliated with Oakwood Worldwide state "This parking facility is not associated with Oakwood Worldwide."  If no nearby parking facilities exist, you should note as such, then upsell the neighborhood's convenient access to public transportation and direct the customer to additional information on the subject.
 
One-off situations:  Please refer to your move-in instructions for personalized access and parking specifics.


Check Out Procedures

Select and/or modify appropriate bullets from below:

*    A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. 
*    Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F.
*    Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
*    Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating. 
*    There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
*    You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder.  Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
*    If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 215.568.2188 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
