Full Size Washer and dryer are located in each apartment home for your convenience.
Mailboxes are located on the first floor of each building
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Leasing Office and Oakwood are pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition of packages received or accept certified/registered mail.
If you are expecting a guest, he/she may proceed directly to your apartment. Please make sure they do not park in reserved parking spaces.
If you are experiencing any type of maintenance problem, please call our office at 215.568.2188 or 1.800.434.8851. Remember that we are not located on the property. We will make sure your request is handled by the appropriate people.
