Cats are allowed in all apartments.  Dogs are allowed in specific buildings.  Breed and weight restrictions.  (2) pet max.  There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are saying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.  If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Key arrangements will be made prior to your arrival.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Please check with the Oakwood office regarding parking.  Some of the buildings have assisgned spaces.  If you are not assisgned a space parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

• A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.

• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.

• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a key charge.
