We welcome you and hope that your stay at Fieldstone will be as comfortable as possible. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Fieldstone community. Remember that Fieldstone has a community of its own, as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the needed information.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office at 615-661-6083.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800-554-0734 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This is a gated community.  Access to the gates will be sent with your move-in instructions. Parking is open and available on a first-come first-served basis.

• A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60 degrees F and/or the AC at 78 degrees F.
•  Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. 
•  Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating. 
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out. 
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office. If you do not have an express check-out envelope, call our office or be sure to mark a blank envelope with Oakwood and your building and apartment number. 
• If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 615-661-6083 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
