The mailboxes are located directly across from the leasing office on the first floor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.
Visitors can enter through the main door. Please let security you are expecting someone. You may also come to the lobby to meet them.
The lap pool, spa, sundeck and cabanas are located on the top of the parking structure. This feature can be accessed from the 5th floor of t he B building (you're in the B building if your apartment number ends in any number between "08" and "57". It can also be accessed from the 7th floor of the A building (if your apartment number ends in any number between "01" an "07"). A second swimming pool can be accessed through the A building lobby by exiting through the fitness center found on the 1st floor.
The dry spa can be found adjacent to the fitness center on the pool deck level of the B building.
The entrance to the B building is directly to your right as you enter from Cedar Springs.
