This community allows pets (cat or dog) up to 25 pounds in weight. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

A Non Refundable pet fee of $250 per pet is required prior to check-in. This community has breed restrictions for pets. No aggressive breeds are allowed!

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide. Each property has a community of it's own and you are welcome to participate in any activity. Each community has it's own policies and rules to make living there a pleasant experience for all residents. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.

Anytime after 3:30 p.m. on scheduled move-in date.

We will provide you with instructions to an access code after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you. This code will enable you to retrieve your door key.

Special arrangements will need to be made if you will be arriving to the property after the property leasing office closes. 

Leasing office hours at The Bryson at City Place: M-F 9am-6pm; Sat. 10am-5pm; Sun. 1pm-5pm.  Please contact our office to make any special arrangements to provide you with an entry fob.

We require a 30 day written notice to vacate. Please note that we will be re-renting your apartment based on the move-out date you have provided. You may email your 30 day written notice to Sarah Parker sparker@oakwood.com, or you may fax the notice to 972.404.0998.

Please remember to remove all food, trash, and personal belongings before you leave. We will wash the linens and towels and do a light cleaning on the apartment.

Please leave the air conditioner at eighty degrees, or the heater left at 65 degrees.

Please place all keys and remotes on the kitchen counter in your apartment, with the exception of one key. Use this key to lock the door behind you, then place this key in the Express Key Return envelope, which is found in the Oakwood burgundy binder. Please drop this envelope in the mail.
