Enjoy the convenience of doing laundry in the privacy of your home. Each unit comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located on the right just after the entrance gate. Your mailbox number will be the same as your apartment number.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.
Visitors are welcome to park in open parking. Covered parking spaces are assigned and avialable for residents only.

Properties Trash Policy:
- Please be advised that the designated trash pick up days are Monday,Wednesday & Friday. This may change, should a holiday fall on one of these mentioned days.
- Trash needs to be sealed in trash bags and placed on the 1st floor between 6:00 am and 10:00 am only.
- Paper bags, small boxes and small grocery bags are not permitted.
- Liquids should be poured out before being torown away. Both newspapers and magazines should be double bagged or properly tied.
- Cat litter, potting soil and fire place ashes should also be double bagged.
- Moving boxes will be the responsibility of the resident or the movers.
- Please do not set trash out the night before due to the attraction of pets, rodents and bugs.
- For the eliminaton of trash on non-pick days, the trash is to be taken directly to a dumpster or compactor located accross from building 11.
- Furniture and mattresses are not allowed in the compactor or dumpster.
- Community rules prohibit putting trash out on non-trash pick up days.
- Should any resident or their occumpants not adhere to these trash policies, they will be assessed a $25 fine for the first violation, $50 for the second, and may receive a notice to vacate for the third violation.
