Mail boxes are located at the front of the property. They are located to the left of the leasing office inside the gate.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.
You may inform any visitors of the entry gate code that was provided to you at the time of move-in so they may gain access into the property and locate your apartment.
