Cats and dogs under 25 lbs are welcome at the community. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pets.

 

One Pet: $250 Deposit and $250 Non-refundable fee

Two Pets: $500 Deposit and $250 Non-refundable fee

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon arrival, please contact us at 800.319.3303 or 713.995.5111 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is open and unassigned. Please do not parking in area's that are reserved, numbered, or a no parking zones, it may result in a fine or being towed. If you coordinated a reserved, covered or garage prior to your move-in please refer to your move-in instructions.
