This community allows pets up to 35 pounds. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit is required of which a portion is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 713-995-5111 or 1-800-319-3303 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

An access gate remote will be provided for you in your apartment the day you arrive.

Upon move out, please take all keys and access devices (gate card & remote controls) to the Leasing Office. Should the Leasing Office be closed, please drop them in the night drop with your apartment number enclosed. All rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.  If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 713.995.5111. When vacating your apartment, Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices.
