Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mail boxes are located at the front entrance of every building.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail.  Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.  Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Please park in any unmarked parking space.  Use phone keypad to call Oakwood guest.

Please be sure that you and visitors are not parking in a numbered space not designated to your apartment or you may risk having car towed.
