• Pets 85 pounds or less are welcome.
• A deposit of $400 non-refundable fee is required plus $ additional rent of $45 per pet per month.
• Violation of this policy is a violation of your lease agreement and may be subject to termination of your residency.
• Dogs only allowed in designated buildings.  Cats in any building. 
• Vaccination, neuter certificate and pet weight verification necessary prior to moving in.

• Check In time is anytime after 3:30pm Monday – Saturday or anytime on Sundays on your scheduled arrival date. 

• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Your apartment key will be placed in a lockbox hanging on your apartment door.  All additional keys, building/gate access cards and parking information you may need at this community will be placed on the coffee table or on the kitchen counter inside the apartment.   All lease paperwork must be completed, signed and returned prior to keys being placed in the lockbox.

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific move-in instructions and the lockbox code for picking up your keys for move-in.

NOTE:  Two midrise buildings are secure access (buildings 5040 & 5044) special arrangements may have to be made to Federal Express keys and access cards for move-in.
