We welcome you and hope that your stay at Summit Silo Creek will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Summit Silo Creek. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part, as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. - Check In time is anytime after 3:30pm Monday – Saturday or anytime on Sundays on your scheduled arrival date.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Your apartment key will be placed in a lockbox hanging on your apartment door. All additional keys, building/gate access cards and parking information you may need at this community will be placed on the coffee table or on the kitchen counter inside the apartment. All lease paperwork must be completed, signed and returned prior to keys being placed in the lockbox.
Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific move-in instructions and the lockbox code for picking up your keys for move-in.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.378.8575 with any concerns or items you wish to add or exchange

Summit Silo Creek has an enforced parking policy. To avoid being towed, please be sure you:
- Display your hang tag clearly from the rear view mirror.
- All visitors must obtain a visitor pass and park only in marked visitor parking.
|
|
|
- If you need to extend your stay or provide a forwarding address, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
- Please place your keys, access cards, parking permits and anything else issued to you by Oakwood in the express check out envelope and return to the leasing office. There will be a charge for any items not returned.
- Please remember to take out all of your trash and empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food items.
- You have until 12:00 midnight on the date of your departure to move out of your apartment.
