Cats and dogs are permitted. Pet fee of $200.00 required. Maximum pets per apartment is 2, with a combined weight of 40 pounds.  Each pet requires $100.00 pet deposit and $10.00 month pet rent.

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

 Check in time is 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please call your local contact prior to arrival if this conflicts with your schedule. You do not need to check in with the on-site leasing office.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Your arrival information will be emailed or faxed prior to your move in day. The apartment will be ready for your check  after 3:30 PM the day of your move in.  Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at  800.870.1063 with any concerns.

 There are no access gates. This community has open parking for passenger cars. However, there are parking restrictions placed on mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, trailer and large trucks please check with our office if you require special parking.  All vehicles must display current licenses and inspections.

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and return to the leasing office.

If you plan on departing after 5:00 PM on your check out day, please contact our office 800.870.1063.  We will install a lock box on your door for you to leave the door key.

If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.870.1063.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
