Full size washer and dryer in every apartment.
Each mailbox coincides with the apartment number.
The on-site leasing staff will sign for any undelivered packages and hold them at the leasing office until the resident is able to pick them up. The resident will be contacted and instructed to stop by and pick them up at the resident's earliest convenience.
There is decal parking and the visitors need to park in designated parking spots.
