Check in time is 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please contact your local office if this conflicts with your schedule. You do not need to check in with the on-site leasing office.

The key will be in a lockbox on your apartment door. Please contact the local office with further instructions.

There will be a Welcome Binder with a welcome letter and other pertinent information in the apartment upon your arrival on the coffee table. If you have any questions, concerns, or service requests, please contact your Guest Services Representative, Beth Drewery, at 757-200-7700.

Towing is strictly enforced at this property. A parking sticker will be left in your apartment upon move in. Please display this from your vehicle's rear windshield at once to avoid being towed at your own expense. See the on-site leasing office for visitor passes.
|
|
|
- Please return all apartment keys, mailbox keys and passes to the community office in the envelope provided upon departure.
- There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 757.200.7700.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty day written notice from the resident or corporation.
