There are full size washer and dryer located in each unit.
There are three mailbox locations located on this property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors have direct access to the community.
Trash is a curbside pickup on Wednesdays at 9am.
